  • Ashley's yoga journey began a little over five years ago. It wasn't until the height of COVID lockdown where she dove deeper into her yoga practice and found how beneficial the practice can be for wellness and self-care. Completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 at Om My Yoga Academy, she has since embraced the transformative power of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness in her daily life and teachings. Driven by a deep belief in the strength of community, Ashley strives to create a welcoming space in her classes where students can explore their practice both individually and collectively. Her classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, enhancing breath awareness, movement and fostering a sense of inner peace and balance. Beyond her yoga practice, you can find Ashley out exploring nature, gardening, hiking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

  • Angela began her yoga journey 10+ years ago. Over the past decade, she has found strength, balance, and flexibility, both on and off the mat. It is through asana and practicing yogic principals, that Angela has learned the power of self healing and transformation. In addition to her own personal journey, Angela has a BS in Psychology with a background in mental health and counseling. She is a self professed perpetual student who is currently working towards her 500- YTT Certification. With compassion, she looks forward to deepening her practice by offering yoga from a place of gratitude, acceptance and curiosity.

  • Yen is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor who trained at Boundless Yoga in Stroudsburg, PA. Her wanderlust has taken her around the world, and yoga has become a way to explore the inner world through movement and stillness—a space of solace when life feels heavy.

    Her classes blend mindful movement, breath, and intuitive flow, incorporating gentle flow, restorative elements, and mindfulness. Drawing inspiration from nature, the places that move her, the people who inspire her, and the experiences that shape her, Yen encourages students to move authentically and start from where they are. She guides students to see the practice as a space for personal exploration.

  • I began studying Pilates in 2023 after taking a few private lessons. The mind, body, spirit connection made sense to me from the very beginning and I immediately wanted to start sharing it with everyone.  I began the certification journey through Power Pilates in Spring of 2024 with Core Mat I, followed by Core Mat II in Fall of 2024, and finished it out with Core Mat III in Spring of 2025.  I believe in the philosophies of the practice created by Joseph Pilates, and I have seen the benefits in my own physicality and fitness journey over the last two years, as well as those of my clients – both private and in class.  Being able to assist others on their Pilates journey to strengthen, lengthen and tone has been so fulfilling and I’m excited to have more opportunities to share the knowledge!

  • Kara, RYT 500, completed a 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as other trainings focused on Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Accessible Yoga, and Kids Yoga. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, going to concerts and traveling.

  • Rachel began practicing yoga in 2014 and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Boston Yoga School in April 2021. After earning her certification, she taught a weekly class for the Malden Parks and Recreation Department and workshops for the Malden Community Garden from May 2021 until her move back to Pennsylvania in 2023. With a focus on simple yet effective movement, Rachel combines mindfulness, strength, and fun to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in her classes.

  • Marnie, RYT-200, is the founder of Bodhi Yoga & Wellness and has been teaching yoga since 2020. She earned her yoga certification from Free Spirit Yoga in Hershey. After completing her yoga teacher training, she learned she would need a full hip replacement and she thought teaching yoga was out of reach. It was her yoga and meditation practice that supported her recovery and taught her so much more about herself, her strength and her resilience than she could have imagined. She is committed to bringing the healing power of yoga to others.

  • Adrienne, RYT-200 earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification at Free Spirit Yoga in 2019. Her personal yoga and meditation practice allows her to stay connected to her true self between her family’s busy schedule. She has continued her yoga training in restorative yoga and trauma informed yoga. Adrienne’s style of teaching consists of gentle movements and stillness with focus on the breath while connecting within.

    Lizzi Hauck uses lifelong intuitive healing insight as well as personal, raw, & tangible lessons to create experiences which explore the duality of existing as both mortal & divine. After being attuned in Usui Reiki 1&2, she sought new avenues of elevated consciousness and human connection, ultimately leading to 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training under Stephanie Johnston of Free Spirit Yoga. As a lifelong spiritual explorer, blossoming reiki practitioner & yoga instructor, Lizzi brings awareness to a vast array of themes of substance & of essence.
